...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WRIGHT...LACLEDE...
NORTHERN TEXAS AND SOUTHWESTERN PULASKI COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM
CDT...

At 1057 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from Conway to 12 miles east of
Niangua to near Hartville. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Fort Leonard Wood, Lebanon, Mountain Grove, Houston,
Morgan, Dawson, Raymondville, Phillipsburg, Huggins, Plato, Twin
Bridges, Competition, Manes, Lynchburg, Grovespring, Falcon, Success,
Yukon, Roby, and Simmons.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 117 and 132, and
between mile markers 145 and 148.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
