.DISCUSSION...

Clouds will increase this morning with a northwest wind of 8-13
mph developing. Isolated rain showers and thunderstorms will develop
around 1200 and linger into the evening, but the CWR remains very low
(<5%). Wind will shift northeasterly by 1800 and then easterly by
2100 around 10-15 mph. Smoke dispersal will improve this morning
to very good in the afternoon. Chances of showers and thunderstorms
will decrease from tomorrow into much of next week.
