At 708 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along from Carthage to 6 miles southwest of Pinehurst to Hamlet. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Rockingham, Raeford, Carthage, Fort Liberty, Pinehurst, Hamlet, Aberdeen, and Hoffman. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
