   Heat Advisory.

Dangerously hot conditions are expected on Friday and Saturday, with
the highest heat index values of 100 to 107 expected on Friday. In
addition, scattered thunderstorms are expected on Friday and Saturday
afternoon and evening, with some storms capable of producing strong
to isolated damaging wind gusts. Thunderstorms on Saturday may also
produce locally heavy rain, with some localized flooding possible.
