.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will develop by Monday
and persist into Tuesday as high pressure builds over the area.
Winds will increase Tuesday as a weak system to the south pushes
inland. A weak marine push Tuesday will also help increase
afternoon RHs into mid to upper 20s. Otherwise, RHs will be in
the lower 20s Monday. Overnight recovery will be moderate to
good. Isolated thunderstorms are expected to develop far south
but not expected to impact the burn area.
