.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions and cooler temperatures will prevail
through Wednesday.  Winds will generally be light from a westerly
direction and 10 mph or less.  MIN RH values will be around 35 to 40
percent with excellent overnight recoveries.

By Thursday, an upper low and trough will move onshore in the Pacific
Northwest.  Rain chances will increase (20-30%), and it is possible that there
could be wetting rain, though amount will likely be less than 0.10 inches
at this point.  There is also slight chances (20%) of thunderstorms.
Rain and thunderstorm chances will decrease later Thursday into early
Friday before increasing again later Friday into Saturday (20-30%) with a
slight (20%) chance of thunderstorms.
