.DISCUSSION...Winds on Wednesday are expected to be weak as we transition
between systems. An approaching system then into Thursday brings a new
chance of showers and thunderstorms. Current expectations are moisture
will be sufficient that rain should accompany this activity, and a red flag
warning will not be necessary for this activity. Otherwise look for minimum
humidities in the 25-35% range with overnight recoveries poor to fair but
becoming good by Thursday night.
