.DISCUSSION...Dry weather is expected through Wednesday night, with
a slight chance (20%) of rain showers Thursday afternoon.  Temperatures
will be cooler, with highs only around 70 degrees on Wednesday and in the
60s on Thursday, and overnight lows in the lower 50s.  With the cooler
temperatures, will come higher humidities with MIN RH values around
50 to 55 percent on Wednesday and and 55 to 60 percent on Thursday.
Overnight recoveries will be excellent.  Winds will generally be 10 mph
or less.
