Central Hickman County in western Kentucky... * Until 745 AM CDT. * At 347 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain has fallen in one hour near Fulton. Additional heavy rain is expected.. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
