...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 AM CDT THIS
MORNING FOR EASTERN FULTON AND CENTRAL HICKMAN COUNTIES...

At 534 AM CDT, Radar and rain gauges report a little over two inches
of rain fell near and northwest of Fulton. The heaviest rainfall has
ended but there may still be some increases in creeks and streams in
the area. Flash flooding may still be occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Fulton, Hickman, Clinton, Cayce, Fulgham and Columbus.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
