...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Roger
Mills, western Custer and northeastern Beckham Counties through 130
AM CDT...

At 1244 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles south of Cheyenne, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cheyenne, Hammon, Strong City, Moorewood, Foss Reservoir, Berlin, and
Dempsey.
