028 WGUS84 KOUN 051015 FLSOUN Flood Advisory National Weather Service Norman OK 515 AM CDT Fri Jul 5 2024 OKC015-031-075-051315- /O.NEW.KOUN.FA.Y.0141.240705T1015Z-240705T1315Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Caddo OK-Comanche OK-Kiowa OK- 515 AM CDT Fri Jul 5 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 AM CDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Comanche and Kiowa. * WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 515 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
