Gardnertown, or over Newburgh, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Newburgh, New Windsor, Gardnertown, Orange Lake, Washingtonville,
