a line extending from Bloomingburg to Otisville to near High Point.
Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Middletown, Port Jervis, Walden, Goshen, Howells, Montgomery,
Cuddebackville, Otisville, Huguenot, Scotchtown, Deerpark,
Mechanicstown, Westtown, Maybrook, and Slate Hill.
