EASTERN PASSAIC AND BRONX COUNTIES...

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for portions
of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas, Bergen,
Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Union and southeast New York, including
the following areas, Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York
(Manhattan), Queens and Richmond (Staten Island).

The threat of flooding continues and a Flash Flood Warning is now in
effect. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.
