...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Nebraska...Iowa...

  Missouri River At Omaha affecting Sarpy, Pottawattamie and
  Douglas Counties.

.Forecast point at Omaha has dropped below flood stage but areas
downstream in the warning will continue to see flooding through
Thursday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast but flooding is still
  occurring downstream from the gauge.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Omaha.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Freedom Park, Tom Hanafan Park and
  Fontenelle Forest begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.4 feet...or 0.6
    feet below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 21.9 feet Monday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
