...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Nebraska...Missouri...

  Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties.

  Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.9 feet...or 1.9 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 21.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this evening and continue falling to 10.6 feet
    Wednesday, July 17.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Brownville.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, The parking lot and boat ramp south of
  Highway 136 on the Nebraska side are underwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 34.2 feet...or 0.2 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 36.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this afternoon and continue falling to 29.8 feet Wednesday,
    July 17.
  - Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
