.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure area will
remain W and NW of the waters today and tonight while weakening.
At the same time, a weak low pressure center over the central
California waters will slowly drift NE and then N though Tue
night, then dissipate by Wed. High pressure will build in from NW
and strengthen Wed through Thu night then persist just W of the
area through Fri night. A low pressure trough will remain near
the California coast through Fri night.
