.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure area will
remain W and NW of the waters today while weakening. Meanwhile, a
weak low pressure center over the northern California waters will
drift N today, then pass N of the waters tonight. High pressure
will build in from W and strengthen Wed through Thu night then
persist just W of the area through Sat night. A low pressure
trough will remain near the California coast through Sat night.
