.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue to
build NW of the waters tonight, persist through Thu, then slowly
shift more NW of the area Thu night through Sat night. A weak
area of low pressure will form just W of the southern waters Wed
night, then drift well W of the area through Sat. Another area of
high pressure will develop W of the central waters late Thu and
persist through Sun night while slowly drifting W. A low pressure
trough will persist along the California coast tonight through
Sat night.
