.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist NW of the waters today through Sun while gradually
weakening. A low pressure trough will continue along the SW
Oregon coast today, then gradually weaken tonight while extending
N. The surface trough will weaken Sat and Sat night before
dissipating inland on Sun. Weak high pressure will prevail
through Tue night. A coastal low pressure trough will develop Mon
into Tue night along the southern Oregon coast.
