Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak warm front will lift slowly NE over the waters today and tonight. A high pressure ridge over the waters will move inland later today. A cold front will cross the region later tonight and Sat while weakening. High pressure will rebuild behind the front Sat and Sat night. Weak low pressure will approach the Oregon waters later Sat night into early Sun, move into the region Sun and dissipate by Sun night. A strengthening high pressure ridge will build E into the region Mon and Mon night, then persist through Tue night while expanding E over the waters.
