Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A front will remain nearly stationary over the area today through early Fri night as a series of weak lows track E along the front. The front will move just S of the area late Fri night and Sat as weak high pressure builds over the waters. The high will gradually shift E of the region Sat night and Sun as low pressure slowly tracks NE along the front just to the S of the area. The low will continue tracking NE and E just S of the waters Sun, then pass E of the area Sun night. Weak high pressure will rebuild over the region Mon, then shift E of the waters Mon night.
