New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A front will remain nearly
stationary over the area today through early Fri night as a
series of weak lows track E along the front. The front will move
just S of the area late Fri night and Sat as weak high pressure
builds over the waters. The high will gradually shift E of the
region Sat night and Sun as low pressure slowly tracks NE along
the front just to the S of the area. The low will continue
tracking NE and E just S of the waters Sun, then pass E of the
area Sun night. Weak high pressure will rebuild over the region
Mon, then shift E of the waters Mon night.

Gulf of Maine to the Hague Line

.TODAY...E winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Numerous showers and scattered tstms with vsby 1 nm or
less.
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming SW. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
Numerous showers, fog and tstms with vsby 1 nm or less.
.FRI...N winds less than 10 kt, becoming variable. Seas 3 to
4 ft.
.FRI NIGHT...Variable winds less than 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
.SAT...Variable winds less than 10 kt, becoming S to SE. Seas
3 to 4 ft.
.SAT NIGHT...S to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming E to SE. Seas
