New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A front will be stationary
over the S waters today. A weak high will develop N of the front
and move quickly E over the waters today. The front will weaken
and lift back N as a weak warm front later today into tonight. A
slow-moving cold front will approach from the W Tue, reach the
coast Tue night, and move slowly off the coast Wed and Wed night.
The front will slide just E and SE of the area Thu as another
cold front approaches from the W and NW. This front will slowly
move E and SE over the waters Thu night into Fri, and then pass E
and S of the area later Fri and Fri night as high pressure
builds over the northern mid-Atlantic and New England states.
