.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue to build NW of the waters
today, persist tonight through Thu, then slowly shift more NW of
the area Thu night through Sat night. A weak area of low pressure
will form just W of the southern waters Wed night, then drift
well W of the area through Sat. Another area of high pressure
will develop W of the central waters late Thu and continue
through Sat night while slowly drifting westward. A low pressure
trough will persist along the California coast today through Sat
night.
