.SYNOPSIS...Dangerous Hurricane Beryl is southeast of the area
near 12.4N 61.3W at 1500 UTC moving WNW or 285 DEG at 17 kt.
Maximum sustained winds are 120 kt with gusts 145 kt. Minimum
central pressure is 956 MB. Beryl will continue to move WNW and
across the Windward Islands today, then move WNW and reach near
14.5N 67.8W Tue morning, then through the Caribbean through late
Thu, and in to the Yucatan Peninsula Fri morning. Fresh trades
will prevail in the Atlantic waters through Tue, with 5 to 8 ft
seas. A tropical storm warning is in effect for the Caribbean
waters where conditions should improve Tue night through Wed as
Beryl departs the region. A strong wind surge and squally weather
associated with AL96 is expected to move through the area Wed
night through Thu.
