.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist to the E and NE of
the waters today through Fri night, with the ridge strengthening
Thu into Fri night while retrograding westward. An upper level
trough will track W over the area today into Tue while
weakening. Otherwise, a stationary front near the coast or just
inland over the SE states will persist today into Tue while
weakening. A cold front will slowly approach from the W Wed into
Thu night, with the front stalling and weakening near the coast
or just inland Fri and Fri night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is reported
inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
