and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the northern waters will
persist through Wed, then weaken but linger into Thu before
dissipating. High pressure N of the waters will persist through Wed
night. The high will shift E of the waters Thu and Thu night.
The high will shift NE of the waters Thu into Fri then maintain
a ridge over the waters Fri night into Sun night. Chesapeake
NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We
