.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure ridging will prsist across the
waters through Tue night. A cold front will approach the area
today and tonight, then stall along the coast Sun and Sun night,
then diminish Mon. A weakening low pressure trough will move W
across the southern waters Mon night and Tue. The high will
weaken over the N waters as another cold front slowly moves to
the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Wed and Wed night. Chesapeake
NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We
