.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the southern waters today
will linger into Thu before dissipating. High pressure over the N
waters will drift S over the central and southern waters today
and tonight. The high will shift E of the waters Thu and Thu
night. The high will then maintain a ridge over the central and
southern waters Fri into Sun night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is reported
inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
