Thunderstorms with heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the following counties... Ramsey... * Until 515 PM CDT. * At 410 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the area. Up to two inches of rain has already fallen. * Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
