Crow River at Rockford affecting Wright and Hennepin Counties. .River levels continue their steady decline with more rain incoming later this week, arriving Thursday and lasting into Friday. While this second round of rainfall for the week will cause some leveling or even rises in water levels, we are not expecting to crest close to what we previously have. The main concerns will be quick-responding rivers especially the Minnesota and basins in southern Minnesota where the greatest amounts are currently expected to be.
