Mississippi River at Red Wing L/D 3 affecting Pierce and Goodhue Counties. Mississippi River at Red Wing affecting Pierce, Goodhue and Pepin Counties. Redwood River near Redwood Falls affecting Redwood County. .While rivers are continuing to recede, rainfall expected through the weekend will slow down some of these recessions and depending on where the rain falls, could lead to another round of smaller rises on the rivers, helping to prolong the flooding longer than currently forecast.
