  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...
Until 1100 AM CDT....

At 956 AM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located 21 nm south of Gulf
Shores Beach. The strong thunderstorm is nearly stationary.

This storm will remain over mainly open waters.

The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots...
locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider
seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
