...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin, Dane
  and Rock. In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 733 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, possibly more, are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Janesville, Whitewater, Milton, Edgerton, Evansville,
    Brodhead, Orfordville, Brooklyn, Footville, Lake Koshkonong,
    Fulton, Albion, Magnolia, Indianford, Leyden, Hanover,
    Cooksville, Emerald Grove, Avalon and Johnstown Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
