680 WGUS82 KMFL 301716 FLSMFL Flood Advisory National Weather Service Miami FL 116 PM EDT Sun Jun 30 2024 FLC099-301915- /O.NEW.KMFL.FA.Y.0093.240630T1716Z-240630T1915Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Palm Beach FL- 116 PM EDT Sun Jun 30 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following county, Palm Beach. * WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 115 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen from the slow moving storms. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area during the next couple of hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. If the rainfall amounts increase more than forecast, then a Flash Flood Warning may be needed for this area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
