This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to
affect north Arkansas during the overnight hours. The main hazards
will be strong to damaging wind gusts and hail. Locally heavy
rainfall will also be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Cooler/drier air will spread across Arkansas from the north behind
a cold front on Friday. Chances of showers and thunderstorms will
continue across the central and southern counties before exiting
toward the Gulf Coast later in the day.

Seasonal temperatures are in the forecast this weekend. Precipitation
will be isolated, mainly south and west of Little Rock.

Another cold front will push into the state from the Plains early
next week. The front is expected to stall across the area, and will
trigger scattered thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures
will remain close to average.

Any severe weather in the coming days will be spotty, with strong
to damaging wind gusts the main concern. Any flash flooding due to
thunderstorm downpours will be localized at most.

.Spotter Information Statement...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
