River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Washington.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.8 feet, Callaway Fork Road north of Highway F
  begins flooding in western St. Charles County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 24.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Friday was 25.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Monday afternoon and continue falling to 14.1 feet Wednesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Jefferson City.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 26.3 feet, State Route 179 near Sandy Hook is closed
  due to flooding.  Also, State Highway K one mile east of McBaine
  in Boone County is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 26.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Friday was 26.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue falling to 14.2 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

  Mozart Road in Hermann City Park begin flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 27.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:30 PM CDT Friday was 28.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Tuesday morning and continue falling to 12.9 feet Friday,
    July 12.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 24.2 feet, The upstream campsite at the Chamois river
  access campgrounds begins flooding near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:54 AM CDT Thursday, July 04 the stage was 22.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The most recent observation indicated a
    stage of 22.8 feet at 9:54 AM on July 4th.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
