COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 AM EDT/930 AM CDT/...

At 948 AM EDT/848 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of
Lebanon to 11 miles east of Campbellsville to 12 miles northeast of
Columbia. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Liberty, Danville, Lebanon, Springfield, Jamestown, Russell Springs,
Junction City, Perryville, Hustonville, and Bradfordsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
