...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN ARTHUR...GRANT...
NORTHWESTERN KEITH AND SOUTHERN GARDEN COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM MDT...

At 224 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Ashby to 15 miles east of Crescent Lake
National Wildlife Refuge to 7 miles west of Oshkosh. Movement was
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Oshkosh around 230 PM MDT.
  Hyannis around 235 PM MDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Ash Hollow State
Historical Park, Jensen Lake, Rackett, Bourquim Hill, Sand Puddin
Lake, Swede Lake, Velma, Pratt Lake, Spring Valley Lake, and
Bluewater Battlefield State Historical Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 136 and 148.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 127 and 159.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 119.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of, southwestern and west central Nebraska.
