...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM EDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL KNOTT AND SOUTHEASTERN FLOYD COUNTIES...

At 206 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hi Hat, or 13
miles southwest of Pikeville, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
