...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN PIKE COUNTY THROUGH
345 PM EDT...

At 259 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Dorton, moving northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elkhorn City, Rockhouse, Dorton, Virgie, Lookout, Ashcamp, Jonancy,
Myra, and Beefhide.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
