...Areas of Fog Have Developed and Are Becoming locally Dense in
the Valleys...

Fog has developed for a good portion of eastern Kentucky early
this morning with locally dense patches having visibility of a
quarter mile or less. If driving in dense fog, use low beam
headlights, slow down, and leave plenty of distance between
vehicles. The fog will dissipate in most locations by 9 AM.
