...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN HARLAN...BELL AND
SOUTHWESTERN LESLIE COUNTIES THROUGH 100 PM EDT...

At 1224 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Ferndale, or near Middlesboro, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pineville, Middlesboro, Wallins Creek, East Pineville, Sandy Fork,
Hensley Store, Mary Alice, Wallsend, Varilla, Coldiron, Ingram,
Ponza, Stony Fork Junction, Black Snake, Kentenia, Tacky Town,
Saylor, Straight Creek, Blanche, and Cary.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile
markers 2 and 16.
