SOUTHEASTERN PERRY AND SOUTHERN KNOTT COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM EDT...

At 142 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Garner to near Cranks. Movement was east at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Whitesburg, Letcher, Bath, Cumberland, Evarts, Fleming-Neon, Lynch,
Benham, Vicco, Blackey, Cody, Van, Dizney, Carr Creek, Colly,
Louellen, Premium, Nealy, Sergent, and Gilley.
