...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SIMPSON...SOUTH
CENTRAL SMITH...NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE...NORTHERN COVINGTON AND
JEFFERSON DAVIS COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM CDT...

At 902 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Clem to near Progress. Movement was east
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Mount Olive, Lone Star, and Carson around 910 PM CDT.
  Bassfield around 930 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
