At 901 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bellefontaine,
moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Bellefontaine, West Liberty, De Graff, West Mansfield, Valley Hi,
Zanesfield, Mcmorran, New Jerusalem, Pickrelltown, Middleburg, East
Liberty, and Lewistown.
