At 100 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles southwest of Belgreen, or 10 miles east of Red Bay, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40-50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Russellville, Belgreen, Vina, Atwood, Dempsey, Isbell, Duketon, Spruce Pine, Rockwood, and Little Bear Creek Reservoir.
