...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL BUNCOMBE COUNTY THROUGH
545 PM EDT...

At 519 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles northwest of Downtown Asheville, or near Woodfin, moving east
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Downtown Asheville, East Asheville, West Asheville, North Asheville,
Woodfin, Weaverville, B.R. Parkway-East Asheville To Craggy Gardens,
Leicester, UNC-Asheville, and B.R. Parkway-Nc Arboretum To East
Asheville.
