* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts over 22 kts will be the main threat
  tonight with winds overnight through sunrise. There will be
  periods of showers and storms.
